1. GENERAL TERMS
The e-shop www.assayajewelry.com is owned by J Consulting SA. The registered office and management address is 25, Avenue du Dirigeable, 1170 Brussels, Belgium. The company is registered in Brussels under VAT number BE.0477.758.256. Assaya Jewelry is our trade name.
You can view the most recent version of the terms and conditions at any time on this page. These general terms govern your use of the website and the purchase of goods and services from it. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates. Your continued use of or access to our website or service after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND OFFER CONTENT
All products displayed on www.assayajewelry.com are subject to acceptance and availability. This acceptance is considered complete, and communication of such acceptance is deemed given when Assaya Jewelry sends a shipping confirmation email, and payment has been processed from your credit or debit card. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons 18 years and older) are eligible to enter legally binding contracts. J Consulting SA reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time, remove or modify any content without notice, and without liability for any damage resulting from these actions.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
The price of items is displayed on the website in Euros (€) and includes VAT (but not shipping costs). The final cost of your order will include shipping fees. J Consulting SA reserves the right to modify product prices on the e-shop at any time without prior notice. Please note that any import duties or taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the customer's responsibility.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
When making a purchase on this site, you confirm that the PayPal account or credit/debit card used is yours, or that you have been specifically authorized by the account or cardholder to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery. Payment may be made via PayPal or other methods advertised on our website. All orders will be processed as soon as they are validated.
5. ORDERING GOODS
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal adult age according to the laws of your country or state of residence. By placing an order on this site, the customer declares that they have read and understood all the content of these General Terms. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to the address you registered on our website.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All orders are delivered using shipping methods provided by Bpost. If the items do not meet your order or satisfaction, you may request an exchange under the conditions described below.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for all applicable taxes and duties on orders going through customs. We are unable to calculate these fees for you in advance, as they are determined by each country's customs authorities. If you encounter difficulties placing your order, please email us at juliette@assayajewelry.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at juliette@assayajewelry.com, providing your order number. Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing the order. If you notify us after 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped. If we accept your cancellation request, we will inform you by email at the address registered with us. Once accepted, the customer will be refunded. Refunds may take several days, depending on the payment processor’s policies.
9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In accordance with Belgian law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day following delivery, without penalties or reasons, by notifying us via email at juliette@assayajewelry.com.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the items must be returned in protective packaging (bubble wrap or a box with bubble wrap) to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition (unused and undamaged). Otherwise, the package will be refused and returned to the buyer at their own expense.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms are governed by Belgian law. You and J Consulting SA irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
When visiting our website, www.assayajewelry.com, you may be asked to provide personal information. We only collect personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide. All information collected on our site will remain private and will not be disclosed to any third party.
