Refund policy

Warranty:

Assaya Jewelry pieces are carefully crafted in our workshops in Bangkok.

We offer a 6-month warranty for any design defects from the date of purchase (excluding damage due to natural wear or accidental damage). If you're not fully satisfied with your jewelry despite our best efforts, our team is here to help.

To prevent scratches or tangles, store your jewelry in our natural cotton pouches designed for this purpose.

To claim the warranty, please contact juliette@assayajewelry.com.

If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will reach out to you.


Returns:

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your jewelry to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at juliette@assayajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Non-returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
